I recently sold one of my DVC contracts with the help of Shontell Crawford. What a great experience! We have been DVC owners for many years, since 1998. We purchased points at the Boardwalk from Disney directly at that time, but, as most people find out, you always need more! We added on twice through Disney, and then decided to buy an additional small contract (50 points) from DVC by Resale back in 2013. We enjoyed using those points for many years, and had many memorable trips with various family members and friends. Now, in 2021, I decided to sell that small contract. My husband passed several years ago, and although I did continue to use the points, I felt it was time to sell that small contract. I contacted Shontell at DVC by Resale and she led me through the entire process, which turned out to be very easy. From start to finish, Shontell gave me great advice and helped me with every step along the way. I ended up having multiple offers, and the closing process went very smoothly. Our family has enjoyed DVC since 1991 but our situation changed over these 30 years. This is the second time we have used DVC by Resale. The first was to sell 100 points of the 370 we owned so we could buy 100 in the Bay Lake Tower when it was new. That experience went so smoothly that we were overjoyed when we found DVC by Resale was still in business. When we decided the family was too spread out to vacation with us any longer we decided to sell our 270 points at Old Key West but keep the separate contract for Bay Lake Towers. We knew they were the only dependable place to go and the operation would be professionally done. We contacted them and got an immediate response, explained what we wanted to do and had the necessary forms to fill out e-mailed to us the next day.

Shontell just facilitated the settlement of our 3rd resale purchase from DVC By Resale! She is outstanding! We had been looking for a resale for about 6–8 months, including other services. None of those services was able to match Shontell in service. The other sites put us into bidding wars on resales, ultimately ending at a price higher than advertised. They also never seemed to honor timely full-price bids. We were fortunate to have our bid accepted with DVC By Resale (full-price) and Shontell made the process perfect. Everything went quickly, including Disney's ROFR.
